Cafe Date

I have major love for cafes .

Yes cafes ! Two days back I was in a really grumpy mode so Jared was nice enough to bring me out on a date HAHAHA . He didn't tell me where we were going though & I was skeptical about how nice 'the place' would be and really , I don't wanna end up visiting a place that I don't even like . But before anything else , here's my casual outfit for that day :

We met up at 

Bugis MRT and the stupid thing was he took out his map and tried to get to the cafe he wanted to bring me to - Which means he didn't even know how to get there HAHAHAHA . But within minutes from walking , we reached our destination because it's only at Haji Lane !

We arrived at I Am Cafe ♥

It isn't air conditioned 

but a place that is really vintage looking and I swear the moment I sat down , I'm in love with it ! I love vintage cafes like this , bricks as walls & just listening to the ceiling fans spin . One of the reasons why I really like chilling at cafes is because it takes me off from reality awhile ... It's really relaxing & feels even better when you've a companion who enjoys this as much as you do . In this case , I'm glad I've Jared with me (: 

I didn't get

to try the main courses here though because it seems like we weren't here for the main course but something that Jared wanted to surprise me with . And that is - Rainbow cake that I've been only casually talked to him about recently . One thing that I also love on par with cafes are - desserts especially cakes . My day couldn't get any better ♥

I get satisfied 

really easily with the things I like ... Just how often do we get to enjoy like this ?

Tastes so gooooooooooood , I'm really surprised that I'm loving the cake itself more than the cream's existence when usually , I'm a sucker for cake's cream LOL

It's just really really nice 

to chit chat in a quiet cafe with great ambiance over dessert . So fucking fine ♥ 

 

We took a walk everywhere we could ,

and guess what ? We're hungry ! We headed off to Cineleisure and settled for down for Nihon Mura :D

Sibei kanchiong and excited for food , and for the first time in my life the best salmon sashimi IS here . Not sure if it's my luck that their salmon was fucking fresh that day or it's always that good .

Sorry I stuffed all of the Edamame into your mouth Jared , but it's too funny how you allowed me to do so HAHAHA

And after dinner ,

I WAS MAD HAPPY because my bestie is coincidentally at Cineleisure too . Was so fucking happy I kept asking him to get out of the mall quickly . It's been a long time since I last saw you bestieeeeeeeeeeee and right now you're botak already ♥ 

I'm so happy to see him (':

Hehe my day was so complete ,

I can't even ask for more . To end off our day , we decided to catch Robocop at 11PM ! I love love love Robocop's story line and the way they portray it . That genuine feeling and emotions of a person are always strong enough to overcome almost anything . That love will not end unless you do not fight . Humans are just such complex creatures . The ratings of that movie is really high , not sure about how you look at it but I do recommend people to watch it !

Smokey Saturday !

Ever since I started

schooling , Saturdays became so much more important when in the past , it was just a normal day for me . But right now , THEY ARE HEAVEN . It represents a day where I get to take a day off from school and spending it at home wasn't really what I want . So out of boredom , I asked if Ginity wanted to hang out yesterday ! 

Every single time we

choose to meet up , it's always super impromptu . So I just suggested sheesha and without any second thoughts , we prepared & headed out straight away for a night out ♥ As usual , Nasrin Restaurant would be the best place for sheesha , and this time lucky enough to get seats !! To start off this blog post , here's my outfit last night :

I ordered vanilla flavored sheesha

for myself and kiwi orange mint for Ginity . But the thing is , I asked the staff to surprise me with a flavor instead since I couldn't make up my mind on what flavor to choose next . Which is why he got us the kiwi orange mint ! And I was so happy because I finally got to order vanilla flavored sheesha . Every single timme I come for sheesha , vanilla would always be unavailable lol .

Ordered the Rosehip tea since the first time I tried it with my bff , Peixin it's really damn nice !!!!!

Ordered the Pepperoni Pizza ♥ I've a very sad ending to it , you'll know why at the end of the blog post lol

After staying there
till the shop close , we went off and I instantly felt extremely unwell . So I told Ginity about it and I decided to just sit down somewhere so I can rest . I started to feel worst and I told her I felt like vomiting , awhile after that , I started to vomit so damn fucking badly . But the thing is , I was laughing while vomiting HAHAHAHA it was so unglam but funny at the same time . I don't know what I found so amusing , but I just find it really funny for me to suddenly vomit and Ginity started laughing as well .

Also , I gagged on my own
vomit because I was laughing lololol . Sick , I know . But it's really hilarious okay ! I even took photos of the vomit thinking I could blog about it but ....... I thought that would be too gross because you would see the mouth watering pizza turn into disgusting vomit lol .

OH AND DID I SAY
after vomiting , Ginity said , "It will come again" . 1-2 seconds after which , I INDEED VOMITED AGAIN LOL and Ginity was shocked not because she was right about it , but because I vomited again this fast O_O . Hilarious seriously . I instantly felt energetic after that and we just laughed off about it and went home HAHA .

Sounds like a boring day ,
but it was really so enjoyable to me . You know that feeling wh
ere you just sit down with your friends , catch up and talk about anything . It's a nice feeling (:

The best friendship

My BFF and I have a very weird friendship . 

This is a candid shot of my BFF & I back then in 2011 !

We hardly meet up , 

we hardly text each other , but we're always on each others mind . Her name used to appear on my blog almost every single day as back then before school reopens and all , we had so much time for each other & most of the time , we go to the clubs . Or rather , as long as I'm heading out , I'll bring her along ! 

But now that we're both busy , 

we hardly meet up anymore . But our bond only gets stronger , it doesn't feel awkward AT ALL even though we don't contact each other . And our bitching modes are automatically switched on once we get in contact . We don't go like , "oh babygirl how are you" , we don't even speak to each other nicely HAHAHHA . But this is indeed a very special friendship , because our arguments are always very heated , we don't sweet talk , no hiding , we don't contact much , but we both have that absolute faith for one another that doesn't goes off . 

It's just like

if we were separated in two different rooms with people asking us questions about each other or anything , our answers would be the same . And it's like if anytime you ask me , "do you think she would be there when you get into trouble ?" my answer would be YES WITHOUT HESITATING . And duh , she's none other than Peixin . Everyone who's close to me would know that . I can just randomly bring her up into a conversation with a stranger because she's such a important person in my life .

The weird thing is , 

we're very very different from each other . Completely different personality . We always argue & debate with each other over issues and our perspective , she doesn't put on much makeup like I do , she doesn't dress up like I do , she's so tall & I'm so short , she's so brave & I'm so timid . YOU GET IT , WE ARE SO DIFFERENT . And then we would always end up asking each other , "eh why we so close ah ? How come I'm your friend ah ? Why we can clique ah ?" We always end up laughing off .

ANYWAY , 

I met up with her again ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ! We met up at my MRT station and headed over to Bugis together & throughout the whole MRT journey , we're like texting each other even though she's just opposite me HAHAHHAA .

Once we reached Bugis , 

we decided to sheesha & walked over to Haji Lane where most sheesha shops are located at . Over there , I believe the most popular one is called 'Nasrin' right ? I went to a few shops but most of them ran out of vanilla flavor that day I was so sad ): But we settled down at Nasrin for grape ! 

And it was such a

surprise because Peixin bought me macaroons and strawberry flavored cupcakes from Delifrance ! 

And I swear the cupcakes & 

macaroons tastes sooooooooooo heavenly ! Especially the cupcakes . The cake itself is so moist , the strawberry is really sweet , and strawberry filled fillings would ooze out whenever you take a bite ♥

After sheesha ,  we ordered rose tea to share , I SWEAR this one's good choice ♥ Tied my hair up because it was really warm x.x

I just wanna reminisce some of the times I spent with Peixin the past few years , so I'm gonna post old photos of Peixin & I in this blog post below ! I know the saying that goes , "every year you look back at yourself and realized you look like crap" YES EXACTLY . I look like crap in the old photos below . DON'T JUDGE :@

Also year 2011 , where I had night shift work and she would come to my work place to help me EVERY SINGLE DAY without fail all the way till morning and she heads to school straight away . 

Year 2011 : We headed out to Bugis for neoprints on one of my off days !

I used to put very little makeup in the past . And Peixin used to look so lian HAHHA

Year 2011 : Randomly heading down to Punggol Haibin for fun when it's so far from where both of us live !

Year 2011 : Midnight playground fun LOL . Really don't know what joy we find in it back then .

Year 2011 : I headed over to Somerset to get her cake done . Peixin's older than me by the way !

Year 2011 : She was standing there like "wtf is happening ?" It was a surprise on her birthday .

Year 2011 : Censored my face because I was laughing so badly that I didn't looked human HAHAH

Year 2011 : We headed to club Soul that night where we got harassed by angmohs , made friends with strangers & got interviewed by razor tv for being mistaken as lesbians LOL

Year 2011 : That one night where we decided to try to get into Butter Factory but didn't in the end because we got no guts HAHAHHA LOL

Year 2011 : Where we didn't sleep AT ALL and headed out in the morning straight after a chalet & stayed awake till night for ANOTHER chalet . Madness

Year 2011 : We went to party at club soul again . She sent me home as usual but this time , she had to clean my vomit and take care of me , listening to my nonsense the entire night !

Year 2011 : On my birthday with my family . IDK why Peixin must laugh until like that inside HAHAHA . After the celebration , she accompanied to a chalet surprise for me by SMOOVE .

Year 2011 : Early in the morning where I went to look for her at Jurong for breakfast .

Year 2011 : On the very same day we randomly headed off to Far East to shop and PEIXIN BOUGHT HEELS FOR THE FIRST TIME AND DIDN'T WEAR IT LOL

Year 2012 , we started to get busy with our schools . This was where we headed to Cineleisure for graffiti cafe's wanton mee !

Year 2012 - We were supposed to head into JB but ended up at our friend's place and spent the entire night talking non stop !

Year 2012 : We were at Zirca that night & again it was an impromptu decision . I never clubbed ever since then till recently where I visited the clubs in Taiwan !

Year 2013 : Where me and my team made a short film and was screened at GV and obviously I invited my BFF Peixin ♥

She's the best I can ever have .
