Cafe Date

I have major love for cafes .

Yes cafes ! Two days back I was in a really grumpy mode so Jared was nice enough to bring me out on a date HAHAHA . He didn't tell me where we were going though & I was skeptical about how nice 'the place' would be and really , I don't wanna end up visiting a place that I don't even like . But before anything else , here's my casual outfit for that day :

We met up at 

Bugis MRT and the stupid thing was he took out his map and tried to get to the cafe he wanted to bring me to - Which means he didn't even know how to get there HAHAHAHA . But within minutes from walking , we reached our destination because it's only at Haji Lane !

We arrived at I Am Cafe ♥

It isn't air conditioned 

but a place that is really vintage looking and I swear the moment I sat down , I'm in love with it ! I love vintage cafes like this , bricks as walls & just listening to the ceiling fans spin . One of the reasons why I really like chilling at cafes is because it takes me off from reality awhile ... It's really relaxing & feels even better when you've a companion who enjoys this as much as you do . In this case , I'm glad I've Jared with me (: 

I didn't get

to try the main courses here though because it seems like we weren't here for the main course but something that Jared wanted to surprise me with . And that is - Rainbow cake that I've been only casually talked to him about recently . One thing that I also love on par with cafes are - desserts especially cakes . My day couldn't get any better ♥

I get satisfied 

really easily with the things I like ... Just how often do we get to enjoy like this ?

Changed my eyeliner to black that day

Tastes so gooooooooooood , I'm really surprised that I'm loving the cake itself more than the cream's existence when usually , I'm a sucker for cake's cream LOL

It's just really really nice 

to chit chat in a quiet cafe with great ambiance over dessert . So fucking fine ♥ 

 

We took a walk everywhere we could ,

and guess what ? We're hungry ! We headed off to Cineleisure and settled for down for Nihon Mura :D

Sibei kanchiong and excited for food , and for the first time in my life the best salmon sashimi IS here . Not sure if it's my luck that their salmon was fucking fresh that day or it's always that good .

Yay ! Dinner on Jared ! LOL

Sorry I stuffed all of the Edamame into your mouth Jared , but it's too funny how you allowed me to do so HAHAHA

And after dinner ,

I WAS MAD HAPPY because my bestie is coincidentally at Cineleisure too . Was so fucking happy I kept asking him to get out of the mall quickly . It's been a long time since I last saw you bestieeeeeeeeeeee and right now you're botak already ♥ 

I'm so happy to see him (':

Hehe my day was so complete ,

I can't even ask for more . To end off our day , we decided to catch Robocop at 11PM ! I love love love Robocop's story line and the way they portray it . That genuine feeling and emotions of a person are always strong enough to overcome almost anything . That love will not end unless you do not fight . Humans are just such complex creatures . The ratings of that movie is really high , not sure about how you look at it but I do recommend people to watch it !

Smokey Saturday !

Ever since I started

schooling , Saturdays became so much more important when in the past , it was just a normal day for me . But right now , THEY ARE HEAVEN . It represents a day where I get to take a day off from school and spending it at home wasn't really what I want . So out of boredom , I asked if Ginity wanted to hang out yesterday ! 

Every single time we

choose to meet up , it's always super impromptu . So I just suggested sheesha and without any second thoughts , we prepared & headed out straight away for a night out ♥ As usual , Nasrin Restaurant would be the best place for sheesha , and this time lucky enough to get seats !! To start off this blog post , here's my outfit last night :

Ginity being funny hahahahha

I ordered vanilla flavored sheesha

for myself and kiwi orange mint for Ginity . But the thing is , I asked the staff to surprise me with a flavor instead since I couldn't make up my mind on what flavor to choose next . Which is why he got us the kiwi orange mint ! And I was so happy because I finally got to order vanilla flavored sheesha . Every single timme I come for sheesha , vanilla would always be unavailable lol .

Ordered the Rosehip tea since the first time I tried it with my bff , Peixin it's really damn nice !!!!!

Ordered the Pepperoni Pizza ♥ I've a very sad ending to it , you'll know why at the end of the blog post lol

After staying there
till the shop close , we went off and I instantly felt extremely unwell . So I told Ginity about it and I decided to just sit down somewhere so I can rest . I started to feel worst and I told her I felt like vomiting , awhile after that , I started to vomit so damn fucking badly . But the thing is , I was laughing while vomiting HAHAHAHA it was so unglam but funny at the same time . I don't know what I found so amusing , but I just find it really funny for me to suddenly vomit and Ginity started laughing as well .

Also , I gagged on my own
vomit because I was laughing lololol . Sick , I know . But it's really hilarious okay ! I even took photos of the vomit thinking I could blog about it but ....... I thought that would be too gross because you would see the mouth watering pizza turn into disgusting vomit lol .

OH AND DID I SAY
after vomiting , Ginity said , "It will come again" . 1-2 seconds after which , I INDEED VOMITED AGAIN LOL and Ginity was shocked not because she was right about it , but because I vomited again this fast O_O . Hilarious seriously . I instantly felt energetic after that and we just laughed off about it and went home HAHA .

Sounds like a boring day ,
but it was really so enjoyable to me . You know that feeling wh
ere you just sit down with your friends , catch up and talk about anything . It's a nice feeling (:

Insidious 2

Watched Insidious 2 ?

 Aargh I wished I didn't ! People have been asking me to go catch Insidious 2 with them but I kept rejecting because seriously , I'm not the kind of person who can watch horror movies AT ALL . I would just be sooooooo freaked out ! I'm not the kind that screams and shouts or whatsoever , but I would get really tensed up & easily shocked & shaken . 

To summarize things up ,

I'm just a timid rat la . Cannot watch means cannot watch . And not long back , I thought it would be okay to catch Insidious 2 with my friend , Nicholas at Bugis + Film Garde . Whoa , big mistake ! Not that it's a mistake to be out with him , but a real big mistake to watch a horror show ):

on the outfits , but actual fact , I'm just being narcissist as usual HAHHA . Once Nicholas & I met up at Bugis , we headed over to Bugis + to book our tickets & headed for lunch at Astons ! It was kinda rush as the movie was starting in about 50mins time if I'm not wrong . I thought I could make it on time , but not really since I'm a slow eater LOL . Burden .

This is Nicholas . You probably had read about him in my previous posts where Amanda & I went down for his birthday chalet :D

The only thing I know how to order at Astons for drinks is always root beer float , always !

As usual , I always ordered the Hickory Chicken set . Come to think of it , I've never ordered anything else from Astons besides Hickory chicken & root beer float LOL . Just that I had fries this time but usually the boiled corn .

After having our

super hilarious talk over lunch , we headed out for a quick smoke before rushing for our movie & collecting our drink & popcorn ! Which when we reached , we were late by only a few minutes . To be honest , the moment I went inside the cinemas , I was already soooo nervous . Aargh now , can you imagine how timid I am already ?!

I got shocked merely

a few times at the start by sound effects and you know what ? I DECIDED NOT TO WATCH IT ANYMORE . TOO SCARED , TOO TIMID . LOL . I really deserve it sia . I mean , knowing that I can't watch horror shows , I still so stubborn go and watch , I can only call myself stupid HAHAHA . 

Throughout the entire

fucking movie , all I did was literally putting my face into the popcorn box , serious . I just kept eating the popcorn & when it finished , I just keep looking at the inside of the box as if there's gold or something lolol . I had never finished an entire box of popcorn in a cinema before and this was the first time . Even though I must say that Nicholas did ate some of it , but I dare say I finished like 85% of it . 

Yes , I was like this all the fucking time when I watch the movie .

I was too scared , 

that besides eating popcorn , there was nothing else I can do wtf . I had wild thoughts like what if something suddenly grab my legs from the seats below . And and what if Parker Crane suddenly appears in the cinema & people thinks it's a prank when it's actually real ?! AARGH , had thoughts like this but didn't tell Nicholas because I was afraid of being judged HAHAHHA . I mean , already super throw face already , still wanna throw somemore meh ? 

In case you do not know ,

Parker Crane is the bad dude inside the show Insidious 2 and continues to kill , taking lives even after he dies . To let you guys know something even more embarrassing , like I said my eyes weren't on the screen but on the popcorn already . However , I still got shocked several times just by listening to the sound effects . SICK !

And when the show ended , 

I was so relieved . It's like I'm curious of the story plot and afraid at the same time , damn qian bian lor ! (Qian Bian meaning somebody who really deserves and needs a spanking LOL) . After the movie , this aunty who watched the show alone came out as well kept looking at me smiling with a evil-face constantly . I FREAKED OUT AND WALKED SUPER FAST LOL .

Anyway , after

the movie , Nicholas & I just sat down , talked about anything random & took so much photos ! 

LOL this was a candid shot . I was supposed to take this with Nicholas & then suddenly he went out of frame hahahha

And then I started shifting my fringe aside to reveal my eyebrows because I just can't stand how thick Nicholas' eyebrows are !

Hahaha yup that's about all that day !
